Our medical team has extensive neurosurgical experience and the experience to assist Dr. Huffmon and Dr. Thomas with patient care. They are often involved in patient assessments, managing inpatient and outpatient care, and providing care during emergencies if our physicians involved with another case. Their expertise helps ensure a continuity of care throughout the treatment process.
 
Jack Bagely, PA-C, MPAS
Mr. Bagley is a certified Physician Assistant. He completed his Physician Assistant Certification at Wake Forest University and completed his Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in Neurosurgery at the University of Nebraska. Jack has been practicing in neurosurgery since 2000. He is an active member in both the AAPA and ANPA.

Jeff Probst, PA-C, MPAS
Mr. Probst received his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Gannon University in Pennsylvania. He has been practicing neurosurgery since 2006 and has several years of specialized experience as a surgical first assist. He has remained a member in the AAPA since 2003 and is both ACLS and BCLS certified. He covers hospital-based patients, and assists in the clinic.

Pedrina Salinas BSN, MSN, ANP-BC
Ms. Salinas is an adult nurse practitioner, and has been practicing since 1998. She received her Master’s in Nursing from East Carolina University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Bellarmine University in Louisville. She is both ACLS and BCLS certified, and has a strong foundation in ICU care and case management. Mrs. Salinas offers coverage of the clinic five days a week to maximize the availability for patient care.
